Our Commitment At Solace Ventures, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product:
- Is unused and in its original condition
- Is in its original, undamaged packaging
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products (e.g. Veloria Body Wash)
- Products that have been diluted or partially used
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile money.
